Interim Rule 1020 allows a party to object to the small business or Subchapter V designation on a petition, amended petition or a statement after the entry of an order for relief on an involuntary.

 

Step-byStep Procedure

 

  1. Select Bankruptcy>Other or Trustee/US Trustee(Bk)

     

  2. Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Objection to Small Business / Subchapter V Designation wit Notice of Hearing from event pick list and click Next

  4. Select Party(s) from party pick list or Add/create new party, click Next

    The Attorney/Party association page may display.

  5. The following screen will appear. Select the appropriate radio box and click Next

  1. The PDF Document selection page will display.

  2. Browse, View, and Attach, click Next

  3. Select the appropriate event(s) to which your event relates and click Next

  4. The Hearing Screen will display

    • Insert Hearing Date, Time, and Location

    • Click Next

  5. The will display.
